Lieb's Log
I almost lost this web site. An upgrade broke the theme I was using. I didn't realize it was just the theme so I beat on a lot of other things trying t fix it. Then I lost a hard drive with the database. I was able to retrieve it from backup so now its all back together.
The big summer planting.
Corn: Miracle early, Precocious mid, and Golden Jubilee late
Winter squash (from top to bottom of the bed)
Waltham Butternut
Discus bush Buttercup/Kabocha
Spaghetti
Mesa Queen Acorn
Bush Delicata
Bush beans - Jade and Maxibel
Pole Beans - Kentucky Blue
Mammoth Sunflowers
Transplanted Leeks - Mussleburg
Third planting of Lettuce - Romain and Continuity
Rototilled the corn patch with Linda's Mantis. Clover was thick but the deer had grazed it down quite a bit. It's been cool and rainy. Early plantings are looking good.
Planted carrots, parsnips, spinach, beets, and chard.
Transplanted volunteer lettuce.
Already up and growing: Peas, Lettuce, Zuchinni
Transplanted and doing well: Cabbage, Brocolli, Lettuce
Started using Twitter at work and it sort of grew on me. Follow me at http://twitter.com/soulieb
Gave in to overwhelming pressure and joined Facebook. I've got it set up so that my tweets will go to Facebook if I want them to.
I decided to use Drupal for the whole site, not just the family pictures.
