Still cool, just right on the climbs, a bit cool on top. Rode with Sherm part way.
A good recovery ride.
A Mt. Bike ride in June. It was around 50 degrees and drizeling.
Up Dead Indian, back side of the lakes.
Bike path with Linda - then out to get some miles. A recovery ride.
Orchards to N. Phoenix Rd to Medford, Bike path to Central Pt, then Table Rock, Senic to J'Ville.
Did 2 10 minuite intervals at 165.
Out bike path, up Camp Baker, back up Fern Valley, etc.
With Linda to Talent, then Carpenter Hill, to Cammy's house, Valley view, Butler.
Gold Hill, Table Rock, Evans Creek, Wimer, Rogue River
Left Linda at Valley View. Payne Rd. Royal Crest, etc.
Orchard loop back to S. Stage store after.
Adams Rd., Pioneer, back up Fern Ridge, home on Valley View.
Up upper Horn Gap rd. trail, down Horn Gap trail.
Down Quary and some Clay creek trails.
First up Horn Gap Trail then Skyline mine.
Slow easy pace
Wet roads but no rain. We got separated but everyone finished.
To J'ville with the velos. Over to Ruch and back up Sterling creek.
Central Point, Senic to Old Stage, J'ville and back.
Another windy ride.
Easy 14 mph avg. 116 avg. HR
Daylight savings but we started late so we still needed lights.
Out to Buckhorn and then to Phoenix. Didn't go all the way to J'ville.
Lunch ride. A warm spring day, but windy.
A cold night but at least it stopped raining. Rode up the single track.
After a week of suffering with back, hip, leg soreness, it felt great to ride.
Raining in the hills so we stayed in the valley exploring. Interesting ride.
Up Tolman, down Pinball.
A rare (for me) Thurs. night ride. Up the Tolman side.
Got out early and didn't need lights until the way back from Toothpick.
Extra orchard loop and a few extra hills to get the miles.
