Colver Park - Buckhorn Springs
Met David at Colver park. Foggy in the valley but sunny in Ashland. Road about 1.5 miles up past Buckhorn springs. Lots of gravel in the road.

Too much snow to get up the usual route. We rode around some neighborhoods and some new development below Mt Meadows before heading up E. Nevada.
Anderson - Adams Rd. - Pioneer Dark Hollow - Griffin Creek - 1.75 miles up Anderson Butte - W. Griffin Poorman Creek - Jacksonville - Old Stage - Hanley Rd - and on back. Lots of climbing.
Nice day, about 60.
Same ride again oly with Andy and Paul and at night. It cleared up and got colder on top. They valley was crystal clear looking back from the White Rabbit ridge.
Same ride as yesterday only had Paul for company. A bit cooler but no rain. Trails are a bit muddy but not bad.
Got out between rain showers. Only had a few minutes of light rain. Actually a sun shower. I was out on the Lamb's Mine trail on the ridge over the reservoir. There were no clouds directly overhead but it was raining. Very cool.
Met David in Talent. Headed up to the orchards and took North Phoenix into Medford. Bike path to Central Point, then Scenic to Old Stage, Jacksonville and home.

The days are longer now. Didn't use lights all the way up. The full moon helped as well. Very bright moon. Still some icy spots on the road but none on the trails.
Nice day. Sunny and about 50. Still some patches of ice in the shadier places but none on the roads I took. Slow easy ride.
Back from Baja. It was frozen the whole time we were gone. Sunny and warmer today. Some icy spots on the road but none up higher and none on the trails. Lida roade to the top of the pavement.
Rode with Linda as far as the big jump at Pinball trail. Wet but not raining and not too cold. Snow is all gone.
This is a small park which looks to be maintained by the BLM, near Grants Pass. Lots of ups and downs and trails cutting this way and that. Mostly in really good shape except for a few badly rutted sections. Bridge trail was really fun swooping from one s
Start the new year off with a road ride. Not as sunny as yesterday but still a nice day. Bike path to the end and then back on Colver to Adams Rd.
Still lots of snow on the west side. Must have pushed through 4 miles. Very tough going. The trail washed out a lot. We're ging to call it canyon trail its so bad. Still it was a nice day and a godd ride.

Another sunny cold day. I wasn't planning on riding but then Paul called.
Took some time from work. Rode Linda's bike. Clear and cold. Crunchy snow on trails. Some wash outs and gullies from recent hard rain.
Got out late but it turned out to ba a pretty nice day for a short ride.
Warmer after 4 days below freezing. Trails are still frozen. Still don't have my good light back. They sent it back with just the battery and changer.

Snow all the way. Slippery on the road on the way up but the trails were great. Well packed and not icy or rutted. Half moon bright on the snow.
Put on new Ultra Gator Skin 28s. They don't seem any wider them my 25s. Hit a little very light rain. I thought it would be colder but it was not bad.
Thanksgiving morning ride. Snowed last night. Lots on the trees but not on the trails.

Nice warm day up where we were. Looking down from the top of White Rabbit you could see the whole valley was under a thick fog layer.
Night ride with my old lights. Should have the new one back by next week. Got some new gloves which really help keep my hands warm.
Foggy in the valley. Cold but no rain. Trails are much better no that they are wet.
Club ride. Good to get back on the road bike. Had a flat. Got rained on, but then the sun cam out and I got dry fast. All in all a great ride. I can really tell I haven't been riding enough. Started out strong but did not finish that way.
Rain held off. Trail was pretty good.
