Four Corners
Up and over toothpick. Then up Tolman. Catwalk is pretty beat up, probably from a recent race.

Dr. appt in Medford. Bike path both ways. No flats. Linda rode out with me.
Still slow on the steep stuff.
My slowest ride ever. No power at all on the hills. Nice day - very cool. Some of David's friends from Jacksonville and Michael from Sacramento. I had to tell them to stop waiting for me as I couldn't keep up.
Another great ride after work on a hot day. Took it easy. Don't want to wear out before the MLC on Saturday.
Drove to Great Meadows and rode to Fish Lake. Linda waited their while I rode back and got the Jeep. Great day. I really enjoy smooth easy trails that you can just ride and enjoy being in the woods.
Camped at North Fork Campground on Little Butte Falls. Roe to Fish Lake and the a few miles up the High Lake Trail and back.
Still had a little energy after last night's ride but its still a lot harder then I'd like it to be. Very nice evening. A little wind but not bad.
I rode harder then any ride yet this year. Kept it at 8 or better quite a bit and kept my hart rate over 160 most of the way up.
Spontaneous ride. Started out to do a valley loop but kept going.
Slowest I've ever done it. I'm worn out - no power at all. Nice day though. Hot but not too hot.
Had a Dr. appt. so I rode in. Pleasant ride but it was getting hot by the time I got home.
Getting hot but still nice and cool on old Siskiyou. I didn't have much in me but still made it to the top. I'm ready for a few days off now.
Tried to take it easy. Nice day but wind in my face both ways. Fourth ride in a row. Maybe one more tomorrow.
Up Tolman around to Hitt Rd. Weird day. Hot in the sun, cold in the shade. It was hot going up at the start but then got pretty cool on top. Good to get up in the woods. The creeks are really flowing. Hitt road is a mess. I don't enjoy it that much.
It was getting hot on the way up Greensprings. I was really slow most of the ride but recovered on the last stretch up to Buck Prairie.
Kirk and Dave joined us from David's Sunday morning group.
Good to get up in the woods again. Trails are pretty good. Starting to get loose but not too bad yet. Nice warm evening.
Up DIM down Conde Creek to the town of Lake Creek - Hwy 140 - Sports park - not Foothill - Central Point - Bike path to Ashland.
Good to have 4 of us riding together again. I was felling pretty good. A big improvement over Saturday. Nice and warm.
Buckhorn Springs - Jacksonville. I was really slow. Very windy and cool.
First time this year. Nice warm day. Couldn't see Shasta. Pretty cool on the way down and a hard head wind back into town.
5 Creeks, 50 Miles, 5000 feet vertical. Well attended club ride. My second. A cool day with lots of sunshine. Great meal afterwards.
Bike path - South Stage - Griffin - Pioneer - Carpenter Hill - Coleman - Camp Baker - Calhoun - Huston - Colver. Started out like a recover ride put picked it up on the way back. Nice warm evening. Full moon coming up.
Finally a beautiful day and a great ride. The climb about killed me. It seemed harder then ever before. Too much weight. Maybe now I can start loosing some. David rode from Jacksonville and should have ended up with 105 miles.
A splendid evening. Kept up a brisk pace. Good to get back into the evening road rides again.
Easy ride. Pleasant evening.
Looked like rain but got pretty nice. Still quite cool on top and when the clouds rolled over. Trails are muddy.
Night ride. First time out on mtb since the crash on Wagner. Still hurts on bumps and pulls.
Easy ride with Linda. Went all the way to the end of the bike path past bridge to nowhere.
Met David in Ashland and rode back to Jacksonville via the orchard loop. Then out old stage past the nursery to Hanley Rd. Back to Ashland and out E. Main to Crowson and out to the end of Siskiyou. Got one mile for every year I've been here.
Came back via Vorries etc. Rode a bit harder.
Easy ride. Just trying to get back into it. Rather chilly.
Had to pick up the Jeep. A very pleasant ride. Temperature just about 70.
Easy ride to feel out how it felt. It only hurt when I hit bumps, otherwise I was fine. Sunny but cool day.
Its about a 5.5 mile climb up Wagner to Stump jumb trail. We met Scott, a pistol packing mountain biker, who showed us the trail. Its a short but fun trail that ends a the ditch road which goes back out to Wagner. I fell just before the end. Bruised ribs.
Snuck out early from work. A really nice day, near 70. Andy found a way to cut through behind Bear Creek and come out on Garfield in Medford. Took that up to Kings Highway and then looped back to the bile path.
Dan R is back from Mexico and Dan D. joined us as well. I was really slow. Still wore out from Sunday.
Up to the 14 mile marker. Really warm. The bike path and South Stage to the store. Back the usual way.
I haven't done many solo night rides this year. Snow is gone except for a few traces and some slush at the bench. Some one had been clearing downed trees with a chainsaw on toothpick but there is a big madrone down on lamb's mine trail.
Still too much snow up on the trails so we road out to the lake. Took the trail from the quarry to the trail through the rosehips and out to the back of the lake.
