Missing Link Trail
Past four corners to the bolder the trail comes out on the road. Trail is still rough but will get better. Cat Walk is in good shape. Upper BTI has been graded. Another foggy day but sunny above.

Thanksgiving mornig. Thick fog in town but sunny above White Rabitt Trailhead. Lots of people around but surprisingly few on the trails.
Fog lifted and it got sunny but cold in the shade. I just did the short ride.
Warm and sunny. Paul had bike trouble so I did the first part solo. Went up Caterpillar and allthe way down Toothpick and back up. Met Paul on Lamb's mine and then did White Rabbit.
Full moon. Trails are getting better.
Can't remember
Election eve. By the time we got down the hill the celebration had begun. The first cold ride of the season.
Down right hot. Wind shfted to warm out of the east. Some nice colors. Trails are in bad shape.
Beautifull fall day. Close to 80, but the breeze was cool out of tv valley. Did David lane and Dark Hollow.
I loaned Colin my old light but it wasn't bright enough. Quite a bit cooler. Still not enough rain to help the trails much
Up 2060. Light rain as we started but then none. Trails were wet enough for better traction.
First night ride. Full moon to boot. I got a 15 minute head start and rode nice and easy.
and a short way beyond. Returned with Dan and Ellen while the rest continued up and around the loop. Still hot, dry, and smokey.
Back on the bike path. They brought in some kind of grinding machine and leveled off the worst bumps on the old Talent section. Much better.
To Medford. Got kind of lost trying to find the route from Barnett to N. Phoenix Rd. First ride with Andy and Dan in a long time.
Getting dark too early to get in anything much longer after work. Still quite warm though, but a little smokey. Rolled over 10,000 miles on the Giant.
Easy 20 miles
Was planning to go out 66 but forgot my rear view. Ran into a touring group from Canada that was doing the whole Southern Oregon loop from Rosebudg to Crater. I'm missing all the big September rides again this year.
Some dead ends and up to the Manor. Nice cool labor day.
Started at Gold Hill. Sam's Valley, Antioch Rd., Evans Creek, Wimer over the new old covered bridge, Rogue River, Gold Hill. Much cooler with gusty winds. Felt like fall.
Hot day but cooled off later. Varied the route.

Round about to Jacksonville, then normal way back. Still cool and the air is clean.
First up Wilson Road with Linda. Much cooler after heavy rain last night. Still riding very slow.
Still smokey but cooler.
Out by 9 and still hot but not as bad as it would get later. Very slow.
Starting at four corners. Late start so nice and cool. Horn Gap trail was great.
After a week of hellish smoke and heat today was cool and clear. Easy ride.
Siskiyou summit first. Very slow.
Nice day, good pace.
Central Point. 16.8 avg at sports park, 16.6 avg at Central Point, 15.9 at the dog park.
over the top for another mile and a half. Then out to Buckhorn Spgs road.
Shopping and errands.
Early mornig. A bit nippy
Back on Dark Hollow
Picked up the pace a little. Wore my heart rate monitor. Could still get up to 160 on the hills.
Good pace going out.
