First to new house, then south. Airport to Fern and back. Home before it got too hot. Heat wave in September.

Hot and smoggy in the valley. Loop counter clockwise. Highland - Granger - Independence Hwy - Souver - Airlee - Maxfield Creek - Kings Valley - Home.

Labor day weekend! I need a break.

Mornings getting colder but days still hot.

First north, then south.

Riding slower and slower

And Singletrack! With the road bike out of commission I went for my third MTB ride of the year. Road the "Extendo" trail in McDonald forest and a trail coming down Bald Hill.

Ride aborted due to noise from bottom bracket.

Days getting shorter but hotter and still a strong NW wing going home.

Out 34 back Bellfountain and Fern

Days are getting shorter. Cool in the morning.

Highland to Lewisberg to Soap Creek up and over to Tamico. Adair across to Independence hwy. 20 to Albany across the river. Riverside back to 34.

Back over Decker. Got a flat with no shade to change it.

6 days. Nice and cool all week. Mid 70's. Warmer now.

Plus one shopping trip

About 7 miles past Alsea. Perfect riding weather. Feeling mostly recoverd though my Achilles is not 100% yet.

One nice after work ride. Nice weather but some stiff headwinds to contend with.

4 days, as Thrus is the end of the month. Riding to work in short sleeves now.
